LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT (60 Minutes) $450 - $750

Basic Fee corresponds to age of the child. $150 will be charged for extra sessions required to complete the assessment.

PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENT - $2,000

  • Up to 3 Sessions

  • Wechsler scale appropriate to age (WPPSI-IV/WISC-V/WAIS-IV)
  • Wechsler Achievement scale (WAIT-III)
  • Behavioral  and Emotional Screening System (BASC-3/BESS)
  • Screening and assessment tools as necessary:
    • Brown Executive Functioning/Attention Scales
    • Adaptive functioning - Vineland or ABAS
    • Mental Health Screeners - BAI/STAI, BDI/CAD, MCCI
    • Wechsler Memory Scale

Follow Up Appointment (45 minutes) $150

This appointment is for clients who have already completed an initial assessment appointment and are following up to check-in, assess any nutrition changes, and continue with ongoing nutrition support
